AZS41-Y represents the pinnacle of ultra-high-temperature electrofused refractories. Through precise formulation of the ternary Al₂O₃-ZrO₂-SiO₂ system and advanced electrofusion technology, it achieves breakthrough performance:

Exceptional Erosion Resistance: The ultra-high 41% zirconia content forms a stable eutectic structure, providing formidable resistance to molten glass, metal melts, and chemical slags, significantly extending kiln lifespan.

Superior high-temperature structural stability: Maintains low shrinkage rates even in ultra-high-temperature environments below 1800°C. Its dense, uniform crystalline structure delivers excellent thermal shock resistance and minimizes structural spalling.

Ultra-low contamination: Extremely low glass phase exudation prevents contamination of molten materials, making it ideal for manufacturing specialty glass, electronic glass, and new energy materials requiring ultra-high purity.
